These terms apply to this website and its quote request form. Freight services, pricing, payment, claims, and shipment responsibilities are governed by the quote or other terms agreed for a specific shipment, if one is arranged. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
Requesting a quote
Give us accurate contact and shipment information, including any special handling or time requirements. A form submission and its automatic receipt email confirm only that the inquiry was received. They do not reserve capacity, fix a rate, or create a transportation booking. BOBOCITY will review the request and confirm any offered service and its terms separately.
Service descriptions and timing
Website descriptions explain the types of freight coordination we may arrange. Equipment, capacity, transit windows, routing, carrier selection, and charges depend on the actual shipment. Port and rail moves may also depend on release, pickup documents, appointments, chassis, terminal rules, and return deadlines. Customs clearance is not offered through this site. A stated planning window is not a delivery guarantee unless separately confirmed in writing.
Appropriate use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, malicious, or unrelated material, interfere with the website, or present BOBOCITY text, images, or branding as your own. Do not include payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive personal information in the quote form.
