This notice applies to information you provide through bobocity.com or when contacting BOBOCITY LLC about a shipment. It explains what we receive, why we use it, and who helps us handle it.
Details you give us
Our quote form asks for your name, company, email, origin, destination, pickup and drop-off dates. You may also provide a phone number, equipment type, commodity, freight dimensions, temperature requirements, and other shipment details. Emails and calls may contain additional information you choose to share. Please do not submit payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Website and form operation
The website's hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request data to deliver and protect the site. The language switch applies only to the current page view and does not save a language preference in your browser. When you submit a quote request, the form sends its contents to our quotes mailbox and a confirmation to your email address through our email delivery provider, Resend. The confirmation only acknowledges receipt; it is not a booking.
Use and sharing
We use your information to answer inquiries, review and quote shipment requirements, coordinate requested services, keep relevant business records, and maintain the website. Hosting and email providers process information to support those functions. When a shipment moves forward, relevant details may be shared with carriers, warehouses, or other providers involved in reviewing or arranging it. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell quote form submissions.
Retention and your choices
We retain quote correspondence as reasonably needed for the inquiry, a business relationship, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Email info@bobocity.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted; some records may need to be kept.
