When you send a quote request, we receive your name, company, email address, optional phone number, shipment locations and dates, equipment choice, and any commodity or handling details you enter. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to provide. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address and request data to operate and protect the site. Your language choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond, prepare a quote, discuss shipment requirements, coordinate any services you request, maintain business records, and address site or security issues. Submitting the form sends the request to our quotes mailbox and sends you a confirmation email through our email delivery provider, Resend.
When information is shared
We use hosting and email providers to operate the website and deliver messages. If a shipment moves forward, we may share relevant shipment and contact information with carriers and other service providers needed to quote or coordinate that shipment. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell information submitted through the quote form.
Storage and your choices
Quote requests and related emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business records, or legal obligations. You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of your submitted information by emailing info@bobocity.com; some records may need to be retained. You can clear the saved language preference in your browser's site data settings.
